The current research aims to develop a proposed scenario through which the development of kindergartens institutions can be achieved by using the knowledge management portal in Dakahlia governorate by identifying the concept of knowledge management and its importance and its operations
The research used the descriptive method and a questionnaire was applied to a sample represented by (number) of kindergarten principals and (number) of official and official kindergarten teachers of languages.

The research reached some results, including the following: -
1.

The principals of kindergartens and their teachers in Dakahlia Governorate have no knowledge of the knowledge management approach, and the process of knowledge management is not applied in kindergartens.


2.

There were statistically significant differences in the responses of the total sample of the research (kindergarten principals and teachers) on the importance of mechanisms for the implementation of knowledge management processes in kindergartens.

All the statements in favor of the alternative were significant, where the value of Ka 2 was statistically significant at 0.05 and freedom = 2.


For the order of expressions on the mechanisms of knowledge management as follows:
-The second term, ”Expanding the Use of Modern Information Technology in Kindergartens, ” ranked first in the order of mechanisms for acquiring knowledge of kindergarten institutions
- The phrase ”Giving the opportunity to all kindergarten teachers to demonstrate their ability to create useful knowledge” came first in the order of mechanisms for generating knowledge in kindergartens
-The phrase (14) ”Securing and protecting the knowledge stored through the means of modern technology (computer-Internet-e-mail)” is ranked first in the arrangement of mechanisms for storage and retrieval of knowledge in kindergartens.


-The phrase (25)”Encouraging kindergarten staff to develop and use new knowledge if necessary” ranked first in the arrangement of knowledge transmission and dissemination mechanisms in kindergartens, with a relative weight of (278.1).


- The phrase (32)” Providing the technological infrastructure that helps to implement knowledge management in kindergartens such as (computer-e-mail-Internet) ”ranked first in the order of mechanisms of application of knowledge in kindergartens.

The responses of the total sample of the research (managers and teachers of kindergartens) about the obstacles to applying the knowledge management approach to the development of kindergartens in Dakahlia governorate, that there are differences of statistical significance in all statements in favor of the alternative.

-The phrase (4)”The scarcity of training courses by qualified and highly qualified staff to provide kindergarten teachers with knowledge management skills in kindergarten.

” Ranked first in the ranking of constraints on the implementation of the introduction of knowledge management for the development of kindergartens in Dakahlia Governorate.
