The objective of the current research is to try to develop a proposed vision for the development of training programs provided by the Professional Academy for Teachers of Educational Leaders by identifying the current reality of the training programs provided by the Professional Academy for Teachers to develop educational leaders and uncover the most important problems facing the training programs offered by the Professional Academy for Educational Leaders, And the development of a proposed vision for the development of these programs in the light of quality standards, and the search to the existence of clear objectives and specific to the training program in the first place, and then included the training program targeted learning products ”in second place, in the order of its objectives and then take into account the training program needs of trainees to rise to cadres levels And recommended the establishment of a training institution to take responsibility for the study of the needs of leaders of training programs, develop training plans in light of these needs and send the training plan to the educational departments, and to expand the base of the use of modern technology and scientific progress All training centers and programs require a change in leadership training policy, strategy, plans and programs to keep abreast of contemporary trends in leadership training, and to introduce and develop new training patterns, such as training for the training of the leaders themselves; Providing on-the-job training to scientific methods and a comprehensive survey of the different training needs, whether academic, educational or cultural, and provide the necessary resources for the development of professional leaders, such as: halls suitable and equipped with appropriate technology and tools And the combination of theory and practice in the development of leadership, where it is used alongside lectures, workshops, seminars and field research, and the need to develop the teacher's preparation, as we are interested in the development of training and teacher training as a step in the educational process should be interested in faculty members, And scholarships.

The professional academy of teachers should also be keen to know the real training needs of the leaders themselves and express the actual reality with the need to link the training content and to measure the impact of the presence of leaders of these training programs And follow them on the ground in the places where they work and provide feedback to them with their support every new.

And the need to exploit the current potential in radio and television to broadcast training programs for educational leaders in order to raise the level of specialization, educational and cultural.
