The present study aims to test the effectiveness a counseling program based on positive psychological support in reduce neurotic perfectionism of superior female students in secondary school, Also helping superior female students in secondary school in reduce the neurotic perfectionism, And to identify the extent of the actual impact of the indicative program to determine its effectiveness in reducing the barbaric perfection.

The study was conducted on a sample of (30) superior female students in secondary school, divided randomly into two groups: a control group (15 female students), and experimental group (15 female students), The study applied the Scale of neurotic perfectionism (devised by the researcher), in addition to other counseling program based on positive psychological support in reduce Neurotic Perfectionism of superior female students in secondary school (devised by the researcher), The crucial findings are:
Checking the first hypothesis; the results presented that there were statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental group and the control group in post measurement on the neurotic perfectionism scale (dimensions and total score) for the experimental group.

Checking the second hypothesis; the results presented that there were statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the pre and post measurement for experimental on the neurotic perfectionism scale (dimensions and total score) for the post measurement.
