The Concept of Pigment in Arabic PoetryThis research observes the presence of pigment in the consciousness of Arab Poets through investigating the concept of pigment in language and art and to highlight it's images in Arabic poetry, in addition to analyze the horizons of either praising or condemning it.

It has been found that pigment in Arabic poetry has two tracks; technical and psychological, the technical one where the poet tries to present his expressions in an elevated manner that suits the charming of the poem which he intends to, on the other hand, the psychological track is the one that the poet doesn't intend to express his inner feelings including wish or fear or even direct love, but the respondent to this kind of poetry has the ability to penetrate the poet's inner feelings and analyze them.
