As for the introduction, it has the importance of the Arabic language in general, and the interpretation of the Qur'an in particular, then the first topic: on the language of the Qur'an, and it contains six demands, the first requirement for the verses mentioned in the Arabic language, then the second requirement for the hadiths received In the Arabic language, then the third requirement on defining the characteristics of language and idiom, then the fourth requirement on the properties of the language of the Qur'an, the Arabic language, Then the fifth demand on the linguistic miracle in the language of the Qur'an, then the sixth demand on the merit of the Arabic language in the flags of Islam and its position among other languages, then the second topic on the reasons for the low speakers in the Arabic language, and it contains two requirements, the first demand: external reasons, then the second demand: internal reasons Then the third topic about the proposals to strengthen the Arabic language for the tongue of divine revelation, and it has three demands, the first requirement in linguistic reform, then the second demand in reviving linguistic affiliation, then the third demand in activating linguistic covenants, Then a conclusion, and it includes the most important results and recommendations, and one of the most important results is that it is not permissible to address the teaching of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah, and to explain their meanings except for those who receive from the Arabic language the amount considered in that, or his mistake was most correct, and one of the most important recommendations is to increase attention to Arabic language sciences, and in ways that Teaching it, and highlighting the pedagogical implications of the Arabic language in thought, morals and the beauty of words, so as to instill in its students the conviction of its importance.
