The study aims at setting proposed administrative mechanisms to activate the role of the security authorities to confront the threats on the water tabular, and identifying the authorities that work inside the Ministry of Interior and its role to protect the water tabular.

rather than the existence of many obstacles concerned with the protection of the water tabular on the societal level that represented in the Inactivity of the coordination between the different government authorities, whether the central or the local that led to the decisions conflict, alike the inactivity of the Physical, human and technological facilities for the security authorities, that guarantee to play an effective role to confront the threats on the water tabular, alike the necessity to real contribute of the national associations in the field of the protection of the water tabular.

The study was followed by the analytical descriptive method.

The study sample consisted of employees of the administrative and security departments at all levels to ascertain the real performance of their role and to explore their views on the water violations in the governorate and the administrative and organizational problems they face.
