Angelscapital is an emerging market that contributes to the financing of projects early in life.

It is very important among businessmen and women at the international level, especially at the Arab level.

Hence, the importance of this study in the Libyan environment, which is not isolated from the world.Therefore, the study relied on descriptive and analytical methods.

It has two basic aspects: First,theoretical aspects;Second,field of the study.It was carried out by the questionnaire, and it was distributed to two separate independent business in Tobruk.

The number of items in each of them (7) to measuretheir view about the reality about angelscapital’s features and requirements for activation.

These things have been done by questionnaire and using (Man-Whitney).The main findings that although the concept of angelic capital in Libya is not traded, it was a feature to be applied in the healthcare business sector.In contrast, it is almost non-existent by software entrepreneurs, and there area lot ofrequirements to activate angelic capital in Libya.The study recommends that angelic capital must be adopted to finance the projects start-up of Libya and take car for the requirements for activation.
