Among the results of this research is assigning the use of inventory related to explaining the Islamic ruling.

This use indicates, for example, on limiting of a certain ruling on some people.

There are certain articles for inventory and also ways referring to them.

Such ways explain an Islamic ruling generally and particularly according to their appearance or ence.

So inventory is considered a valuable source for the rules of the Islamic Sharia.

Using inventory articles can not be occurred except through the well understanding of the Holy Quran and the Sunni, learning their meanings and realizing their indications on the Islamic rules.

Such these indications are taken from words existing in the two greatest resources of the Islamic legislation, the Holy Quran and the Sunni.

So the indications of the words on rulings acquired extreme concern by the scholars of the principals.

So none of the fundamentals of Fiqh books is free of their mentioning, with stating their details and their accurates.

Such these things  encouraged me to discuss such topic and benefit from those writing previously in it.
