This study aimed at identifying the values of explosive power among gymnasts and its relationship to some kinematic variables for the skill of the front jump on the jumping platform as well as identifying the values of Kinematics variable for the skill of the front jump on the platform, and the relationship of explosive power with some variables.

The researchers used the descriptive approach due to its compatibility to the nature of the study .

The study sample consisted of (6) players who were chosen in an intentional way, and they also used (SPSS) software.

The results of the study showed that there is a difference regarding the values of explosive power, and that there is a difference in the values of kinematicvariables between Gymnastics players, the results also showed that there is a positive relationship between the explosive power and the angle between the trunk and thigh in the time of flight, as well as with standing angle, step time and step length.

The results also revealed that there is a negative relationship between explosive power, and the variable related to arm angle at the time of flight, with an increase in the mass center at the moment of standing on the platform.

The researchers recommended focusing on the exercises related to achieving the ideal angle by directing the body mass toward the motion line in order to achieve the optimal performance.
