Objective: The main objective of this study is to investigate the efficacy of ego flexibility in the formation of contract psychosomatic among a group of students colleges and institutes in the province of Najaf as the most dynamic student groups and youth and the researchers focused on this category of students and to achieve this study the researchers selected a sample of students in middle and middle school and recognize the level of flexibility Ego and the level of psychosomatic contract in the students of Madras Banyakia, and this was aimed at this study to identify the relationship between flexibility and psychosomatic empowerment, where the practical reality of the research, which raises questions in these colleges and the importance of this.

Methodology: This research is designed on the basis of the availability of a number of researches in the psychological empowerment With the introduction of many questions and response can be obtained from Of the total of these colleges and institutes and focusing on a group of students of different classes and cultures.

The value of the study: This study is close to the importance of the studied sample, which is especially important in the application of the flexibility of ego in the formation of the psychic contract which is a unique concept.

The study also reached a set of theoretical and applied conclusions perhaps the most important of which is that the school investigated through its application the ego flexibility will create the right working environment to enhance cooperation and success for teachers, optimism and active production at the school level as a whole.

The study presented a set of suggestions, the most important of the recommendation to conduct further studies on the ego flexibility and the Psychological Contract, along with other proposals that are considered as basic projects for future studies.

Social Impacts: The social effects of this research indicate The student category will achieve both the moral and the physical aspect of the application of the method of ego flexibility and psychological contract.
