الملخص EN

This study aimed to identify the extent of practice of educational efficiencies of teachers of Arabic and its relation to academic achievement for students in the third and sixth level of basic education, a comparative study between Yemen and Morocco.

To achieve this goal, a list of competences necessary for teachers of Arabic language consisting of (88) subsidiary competences has been established in order to know the degree of importance, after confirming its importance and sincerity, it was converted to a network observation composed of subsidiary competences distributed on four main competences: planning and preparation competence, implementation competency, the calendar competency, and the competency of being able to master the specialization subject, and after confirming the sincerity of the tool and its stability, an observation has been made concerning the sample study consisting of (40) teachers of the two levels third and sixth There was a preparation of a test achievement for students in both third and sixth levels, and they present the students of Arabic language teachers who were observed; the purpose of this step is to find correlation between the competency of teachers and academic achievement of their students.

The researcher used appropriate statistical methods as Kalawsat billing, standard deviations, and test (T), Pearson's correlation coefficient to test and see how the practice of teachers of Arabic to educational competences.

The study get some outcomes, among them: The presence of differences of statistical significance in the educational competences practice concerning the planning competences and implementation and evaluation according to the variable of experience in the third and sixth levels in Yemen and Morocco but they remain small differences besides the lack of statistical differences concerning the specialization subject - In the light of the outcomes gotten by the study, the researcher recommends the following : - Paying more attention to the teachers of Arabic language in the first and second stages of the basic education in Yemen and the first and second cycles of basic education in Morocco in terms of educational competences that must be available to these teachers and train them on their exercised.

- To emphasis on the idea of educational competences in education faculties and teachers training centers in Yemen and teachers training centers in Morocco Durand the setting and preparation of sophisticated and modern programs to prepare and train teachers, or when setting training programs during the service.

- taking into consideration the competences list gotten from the study during the evaluation of teachers through the training in education faculties teachers training centers in Yemen and teachers training centers in Morocco for the first and second cycles of the basic education stage.
