Therefore, we find that the ruling authority in Greece and Egypt since ancient times has used several means of propaganda to inform the people of the most important achievements that have been made in the country to consolidate and entrench a certain thought in the minds of its people, but it did not have any of the media known in the modern era, such as radio and postage stamps.

In order to draw the attention of its people to what they want to post due to the lack of current technology; In spite of that, we find that it has taken many means to activate the media propaganda system It had many means of propaganda and advertising appropriate to those historical periods, especially in the Greek era, including prophecies, official inscriptions, memorials, medals in state ceremonies, and official coinage.

Therefore, money is considered the cornerstone of the topic of the research, as it focused on its role in propagating the state according to political or religious changes that have occurred to it, due to the inscriptions contained in the money of relevance, and its close connection with political and religious conditions, and what was engraved on it from many pictures, And the symbols and slogans on both sides that have many meanings in order to be placed and establish one of the goals of the state among its people through their circulation.

This is evidenced by the many specimens of coins selected in research from different important historical periods, especially since the beginning of the Hellenistic era, the era of Alexander the Great and the beginning of placing his image on the circulating currencies, because of what distinguished his era from the many wars and conquests, so currencies were the best means of propaganda for him in most of the countries that he controlled, and Egypt was one of the most important of those countries, and then we find the extension of the content of his political and religious propaganda over money even after his death and the division of his possessions Among his leaders, especially with the establishment of the Ptolemaic state in Egypt, so these models have political or religious connotations that had a great role in strengthening the position of the ruling authority in the era of Alexander and the Ptolemaic era.

Because of the large number of events, the length of historical periods and the abundance of what was mentioned on coins, this study focused on presenting some examples of coins that illustrate the close connection with what was stated on both sides of the topics of what was happening of political and religious changes in the era of Alexander and in Egypt in the Greek era, And how the ruling authorities used this for propaganda through the circulation of money.
