The research represents a call to rally around the Arab heritage by presenting the deliberative features that emerged in the book (Signs and Alerts in the Science of Rhetoric) by Muhammad bin Ali Al-Jarjani, one of the sources of Arabic rhetoric, and it aims to reveal the origins of deliberative and its roots in it, and the research follows the inductive descriptive and analytical approach.

By extrapolating the book (The Signs) and tracing the words of the author in both recitation and evidence analysis; To find out the features of the convergence between him and the deliberative people, analyze his texts and highlight what is similar in it to deliberativeism, and define the deliberative term that he meets with in every place.

The search has resulted in an important result, which preceded the Arabic rhetoric in its ancient era, to what the deliberative debate had reached in its recent era, even if what preceded the rhetoric was transmitted in the stomachs of its books that needed to be extracted, and the deliberative nature of its details and methodology.
