This study aimed to present a unique model and linguistic philosopher (Mahmoud Al-Kashgari) and his book (Diwan of Turkish Languages) becaus The emergence of Al-Kashgari in the fifth century AH, making it one of the first non-Arto exert great efforts in serving Arabic, and His uniqueness by targeting his book Teaching Arthe Turkish Language and Their Dialects.

His diwan is the first glossary of preserving the Turk language and their dialects from extinction.

Mahmoud Al-Kashgari is considered a pioneer in the field of civilizational and cultural communication between Arand Turks.

Added to the above The lack of attention of Arab researchers to a great linguist who provided Arabic with great service and linked his nation's sons with it.

This study may provide a preliminary, and in it I talked about the linguist Mahmoud Al-Kashgari and his book.

In the first topic, I talked about the Islamic and Arab culture and educational values of Kashgari.

And in the second topic it was talk about linguistic dictionary between Arabic and Turkish dialects.

The third topic was about grammatical and morphological issues between Arabic and Turkish dialects.

It was in the fourth topic to talk about Arabic, which is the bridge for cultural and civilized communication between Arand Turks.
