The study aimed to identify the training needs in the field of e-management among the principals of public schools in Zarqa Governorate, for the Ministry of Education to apply e-management to cope with the revolutions of knowledge.

To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed based on the theoretical literature and previous studies to measure the need for training in the field of e-management for school administrators by measuring the availability and expectations of training needs in the field of e-management.

- The reality of training needs in the field of e-management among school administrators in Zarqa governorate was moderate.

- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) between the mean differences between the estimates of the respondents on the areas of training needs in the field of e-management among school administrators in Zarqa Governorate and their estimates on their expectations
