to determine the level of internal qualitative efficiency of the MASTER'S DEGREE PARALLEL PROGRAM in Educational Administration Department at King Saud University, from the perspective of students.

It also aimed to detect the presence of statistically significant differences, at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) among respondents' responses in their assessment of the level of internal qualitative efficiency of the MASTER'S DEGREE PARALLEL PROGRAM, due to the variables of gender and occupation, and to provide the most important proposals for the development of the MASTER'S DEGREE PARALLEL PROGRAM in Educational Administration Department at King Saud University to upgrade its internal qualitative efficiency.

Population: The study population consisted of (92) student (87) student enrolled in the program.

Methodology & Tool: The method of this study is the “Descriptive Survey Method” and its tool is the “questionnaire”.

Questionnaires valid for analysis are (108).
