The research aims to know the reality of the legal decisions that affect the organization's environment in basic education institutions in Egypt, and to clarify the lessons learned for the impact of legal decisions in an environment in basic education institutions in Egypt.

The research used the descriptive approach and the content analysis method, and the researcher used a content analysis form consisting of (12) An item for analyzing administrative decisions and applied to a sample of (30) teachers in the basic education stage in Egypt and Amman.

The research concluded:

There are decisions issued and not followed up by officials, which leads to the loss of many rights.

There is confusion in issuing decisions without studying, such as the decision of the tablet, and the decision to return and cancel the sixth grade.

Taking into account the enactment of legislation that provides for the wrongful decision-maker to pay to those affected by the decision.
