The Egyptian economy has witnessed many changes in the last few decades as there are a huge increase in the consumption behavior and a change in its pattern.

Accompanied with the technological revolution and social media development which leads to more access and openness towards the global consumption patterns in developing countries in general and Egypt in particular.so, we are in a great need to encourage individuals to rationalize their consumption and increase their savings.

This study concludes that there is a positive significant impact for wealth and satisfaction indicators.

Also, there are many factors that have positive effect on the consumer behavior as : income, trademarks, brands, friends and relative’s opinion and celebrity traditions.

These results based on a multiple regression model using complex indices for wealth, satisfaction, and consumer behavior, using a sample 500 observations from Cairo university.
