The problem of research is that both the handicapped players and the society in which they live have become in dire need of conducting many studies to identify the changes that take place in the character of the players and their characteristics and emotions, and the disabled player's ability to deal with the effects of disability to satisfy himself and others that confirm To respect the moral values in the sport of the disabled and in their practice and discussion, and even training them through the sports behavior that he takes to be a good element that has an impact in the society in which he lives and the lack of studies in this field is one of the most important factors that prompted the researcher to choose The subject of the research, especially that the reality of sports disabled refers to the concentration of coaches on aspects without attention to the psychological aspects, including personality traits and self-esteem of the personality of disabled players, although the performance of sports in general depends on the player's physical abilities, skills and planning and personality traits also.

The research objectives are1=Building a measure of self - esteem and identify the level of personality traits of player's club's teams disabled in Iraq for some of the collective games.2-To identify the relationship between personality traits and self-esteem for the players of teams of disabled clubs in Iraq for some of the group games.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey and associative methods, and the research society consisted of (230) players spread over (9) clubs (Al-Shomuk, Al-Majd, Al-Atari, Al-Nasr and Al-Salam, Al-Ashraf, Al-Walaa, Basrah, Nasiriyah, (38) players from the clubs of the handicapped clubs, while the rest of the sample were used for the reconnaissance and stability tests.

The researcher concluded: 1- The effectiveness of the self-assessment scale among the disabled players for the group games he players of the handicapped teams play a high level in all fields of self-esteem: self-acceptance, self-awareness, self-being, moral self, personal self and social self.

The researcher recommended the adoption of self-assessment scale prepared by the researcher to determine the level of this attribute among athletes in Iraqi handicapped for all fields games.
