The study included four chapters, the first chapter contains the introduction of the research and its importance, where the researchers pointed out that the effectiveness of swimming of the events that are characterized by strength and speed and excitement, where it was able to attract attention to a large extent to include multiple items related to each other links with the psychological and physical factors and the skill that shows the field and the fun of the game and this combination of wonderful and rapid artistic performance is that impresses followers and the public.

The importance of the research is to design and standardize the test of maximum transition velocity within the water medium and to predict the achievement of the effectiveness of 50 m freestyle.

The problem of the research is embodied in the lack of tests designed and codified measuring the maximum transition speed within the water medium, as well as the scarcity of predictors of the performance of swimmers applicants.

The goals were to design and standardize the maximum transition test of 50m freestyle swimmers within the waterway.

And to predict the completion of the 50 m freestyle according to the designed test.

As for the second chapter, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the way of interconnectivity to suit the nature and problem of research.

As for the community and sample of the research, they are the fans of the Maysan province.

The number of applicants for the 2017/2018 sports season (Amara, Missan Oil, Maimouna, Prince) Representative of Missan.

Then he chose the sample that will be codified by the test.

It included 38 swimmers representing Maysan clubs, which formed a percentage of 76% , taking into account homogeneity.

The researchers then presented the proposed test to the experts and specialists, and then the researchers conducted the exploratory experiment, after which the researchers conducted the scientific basis for testing honesty, consistency and objectivity, after which the main experiment was conducted.

The third chapter included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results.

Chapter IV contained the following conclusions: Samples test for maximum transition velocity was determined.

There was a significant correlation between the maximum transition speed and the completion of 50 m freestyle.

A 50m freestyle prediction was reached.

The recommendations included the adoption of the tests, which were designed by the researchers as new assessment methods that were consistent with the maximum physical performance of the swimmers.

Take advantage of these tests when developing training programs or selecting swimmers to serve this event.
