This article has been tackled more specific study subject regards with the institutional political discourse problems in Iraq, especially during different periods of development the political systems which started from the monarchic regimes, then the republican regimes under the rule of Authoritarianism after 1968 until to the political transformations which happened into a new democratic Iraq in 2003.

Therefore, the political discourse has changed in the current stage for many reasons concerning with the nature of natural evolutions in social media and world wide web by the internet, So the languages of discourses and speeches in various aspects have taken many kinds of communication forms in order to send different topics with several notions in the political and social and security conditions; particularly with the huge challenges in fighting terrorism and achieving great triumph by all elements of military institution in the state of democracy after 2016.

As a result of that, the article researched in the problems and the challenges which confronted the political discourse thoroughly, and research the reality of this discourse in the age of democracy in order to analyze the recent nature of guidance the public discourse in different aspects of public life; furthermore making of public opinion poll to recognize the real facts for the future
