The catalyst Ti-HMS was made by sol-gel method with variable molarity rates of Ti / Si% [0.5% - 11% -13% - 50%].

The samples were descried and analyzed with IR spectroscopy where 960Cm-1 was observed and calculate the value of the area to determine the effect of the increasing oh added amount of titanium Ti with X-ray spectroscopy obtaining the distinctive absorption peak of the catalyst.

Furthermore, with the analysis of uv-vis spectroscopy; absorption peak of samples were observed at the value of 210nm indicating the establishment of tetrahedral crystalline surface structure.

And with TEM analyzing spectroscopy, the picture indicates a uniform volumetric distribution of pore on the catalyst surface.

Nitrogen (N2) adsorption had been studied for each prepared catalyst samples and the increasing effect of Ti amount was observed on the surface area by BET and pore diameter which is not linear.
