The Aim of current research to identify the (Effectiveness of the learning cycle 7E'S in the collection of fifth-grade students in the scientific literature and texts, and the development of lateral thinking).

In light of the aim of the research hypotheses formulated zero following: 1.

There is no difference statistically significant at the significance level (0.05 ≥α) between the average scores of the experimental group students taught learning cycle7E'S and the average group score officer students taught in the traditional way in achievement test.2.

There is no difference statistically significant at the significance level (0.05 ≥α) between the average scores of the experimental group students taught learning cycle 7E'S and the average group score officer students taught in the traditional way to test lateral thinking posttest.3.

There is no difference statistically significant at the significance level (0.05 ≥α) between the mean scores of the experimental group of students enrolled in the learning cycle 7E'S test lateral thinking in the pre and post.

The research sample consisted of (50) students of the fifth grade of biological science from Al-Murad School for Boys belonging to the representative of the Ministry of Education for the displaced students in Sulaymaniyah.

They were divided equally into experimental and control groups.

The researchers between the two groups were statistically significant in variables Arabic for first and second courses, parental achievement, language ability test and tribal side-thinking test), and one researcher himself studied the two research groups.

The researcher developed two tools, the first (Achievement Test), be one of the (30) items, including (26) objective paragraph of type (multiple-choice) with four alternatives, and (4) paragraphs of the essay, has been checked and apparent sincerity content honesty, The extraction coefficient of difficulty and discrimination coefficient and effective alternatives, have been finding the stability of the paragraphs of the substantive test in a way retail midterm and was (0.81), and Cronbach's alpha-way and was (0.83), and paragraphs of the essay in a manner correction firming and was (0.87).

And the second (test lateral thinking) be (24), paragraph a questions and gas needs resolved thinking in an unconventional way, has been checked and virtual honesty and sincerity of construction, and then extracted his difficulty coefficient and the coefficient of discrimination, it has been finding the stability of the paragraphs of the test alfa Cronbach way and reached ( 0.77), and to re-test and was (0.81)The researcher used statistical methods (test Altaia for two independent samples, and Chi-square (Ca 2), the coefficient of difficulty and discrimination objectivity and essay paragraphs, the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives, and the alpha Cronbach, the coefficient of Point Beiseraal, and Pearson correlation coefficient, testing Altaia for two samples interrelated, and the neutralization effect size).

Researcher two tools applied research on the two groups, and the results showed: 1.

There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who studied according to the 7E's study cycle and the scores of the control group students who studied according to the traditional method of the achievement tests and lateral thinking and for the benefit of the experimental group students2.

There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group that studied the learning cycle in accordance with the 7E'S students to test lateral thinking pre and post in favor of posttest average test scores, ie, that there is development in lateral thinking among the experimental group students
