The main concern of this paper is to highlight the aspects of the Arabic culture and its knowledge construction.

Indeed, it is assumed that the Arabic culture did not develop to meet universal cultures due to its tautness to past authority which established the foundations for various fields of knowledge that cannot be ignored.

In this respect, the significance of the topic is obvious.

Indeed, adherence to referential constructive texts is neither an imitation nor a return to the past.

Similarly, Arabic intellectual modernization cannot be described as a deviation from collective knowledge and a blind imitation of the different.
