This study deals with the subject of (no measurement in worship) which is not valid to be used at all, and it is misplaced, because this use deviates from the doctrinal and fundamentalist framework in which scientists spoke, and we have mentioned the difference of scientists in the explanation of worship and measurement on two doctrines.

The researchers mentioned a number of issues in which the doctrines of the four schools or some of them to make the measurement in a matter because it is reasonable sense, or not conducted because it is stoppage or devotional.

However, it is evident that the jurisprudential criticism of the behavior of many contemporaries of the expansion and extravagance of prevention by using a rule (not measuring in worship) is launched without deliberating the issue whether it is sensible or unreasonable meaning.

There are many findings reached by the researchers through the jurisprudence issues mentioned in the content of the study and the previous demands - mentioned by researchers in the form of issues divided according to the doors of jurisprudence especially the door of purity, prayer, fasting, zakat and Hajj.

Here it is for non-repetition, which contribute to stimulate the abilities of researchers to go to the writing of this research in other branches of jurisprudence.
