This study was characterized by the emblems of the king and the posts in the state of Bani al-Zayyan "Bani Abd al-Wad" scientific and political analysis of what this country occupied from the status of a leading pioneer among the countries that followed the rule of the Islamic Maghreb in general and the Middle East in particular, and their affiliation with the "Zayani State" to Bani Abdel-Wad, A branch of the second class of Zanate, one of the largest and most famous tribes of the Barbary in the Maghreb.

Its rulers played a major role in organizing the affairs of the state and the government in (2346-1319).

Its rulers focused on the royal functions which did not oblige the Sultan to carry out his orders.
