God has honored the Islamic ummah with many characteristics, favoring it over other nations, and the chain of transmission is one of them.

Muslims have realized the importance of the chain of transmission, so they have worked to take care of it, and they criticized the indulgence of it, so the great benefit in it.

There is no way to investigate honesty in reporting the news, and away from lying, except by relying on the narration of trusts, and the predecessors of this nation were keen to investigate the transmission of news, so the companions were not asking about attribution in the first place; Because their fairness is fixed by the Qur'an, Sunnah and consensus, then the Companions and Followers later took precautions in accepting the news.

Turning up the chain of evidence, and that is why the imams who hadiths began to stress the request for isnad, because of its profound effect in preserving the Sunnah.
