Despite the achievements and gains made by Arab women in recent decades, the issue of women's economic participation remains a problem that affects the development rates in the Arab countries, where Arab women's working conditions are not isolated from the economic situation, the labor market in the Arab world and the challenges of globalization.

The Iraqi people accept with all its national components this challenge imposed by the times, will be at the forefront of this modern human ride.

It is not just wishful thinking, but potential energies and potentials to be carefully and fully nurtured and aware of the historical responsibility of the new generation of Iraqi young women and youth, but it remains the task of all.

Achieving this requires changing the structure of the economy, which in turn will contribute to changing the structure of society, its economic, social and cultural awareness, its ability to assume responsibilities, exercise rights and perform duties in a coherent and proper manner.

In the current study, the researchers will address the obstacles that limit the participation of women in general and Iraqi women in particular in their contribution to the development process as a human resource and an important part of society.
