So it was necessary to highlight the important role in society corner, a woman standing over the empowerment in Islam, after what has become traditions misleading and legacies are prevalent in Islamic societies rather than rules Shara and its provisions, to find invitations biased by the enemies of Islam the floor of her to come out Muslim women Prestige and arrogance and push them to fall under the pretext of victory for their rights! The main results of this research are: 1_ It must be recognized that women have the right to play all their roles in effective participation, as granted by the rules and principles of Shari’a.

3_ Science is a social phenomenon that is binding in the Islamic Shari’a, which in proving it as a right for women to empower it in its society.

4_aml women decided by divine law and prepared by the characteristics of this civilization, including enabling women in the society by demonstrating the independent character and presence conscious in all areas of public and private life, and commitment to the limits of God and morality legitimacy.

5_ Islamic law holds women fully qualified in the management of their funds and the implementation of various contracts, ensuring the community in the independent physical empowerment in accordance with the rules of Sharia.
