الملخص الإنجليزي

The status of women in Islamic legislation is not amended by any of the laws of all the old and recent, Islam recognizes the full eligibility of women in the establishment of commitment, and the conduct and the need and performance, thus granting full human rights, economic, social, legal and political men.

These rights are a divine grant that has been proven by the provisions of the great Shari'a from the Noble Qur'an and the Noble Sunnah, and not for any one of the people, no matter how to deprive them of these rights, because it is not a human grant but a gift of God and these rights.

The ruler, or other, because God Almighty ordered all people obedience and obedience to His Messenger said: "O people, I am the Messenger of Allah to all of you" These rights are respected because they are fully obedient to Allah and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

It is well known that the basis of these rights is based on a great principle that is inculcated by divine laws and the positive laws with the clear differences between what is an integrated Rabbani and a human minor.

Women are equal in rights and duties.

These rights are not prescribed by the Shari'a, but they have been given sufficient guarantees to protect them.

Women are equal to men in rights and duties as we have said, God said: Say, O people, I am the Messenger of Allah to all of you.

The scholars of Islam said that the discourse in the Koran includes both sexes male and female, even in the form of reminders.

Because the discourse on rights is long and varied, we discussed women's material, moral, legal and political rights in Shari'a.
