The second section : (Manifestations of degeneration in contemporary Western civilization) , include Western civilization is witnessing a continuous deterioration on the social level in all its human dimensions, and what women have reached in modern Western civilization because of freedom and absolute equality between the sexes.

The third section ( the first thing that came down from the Quranic revelation and so on ) , include The most important of the international conventions of women's rights between the late nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century .
