Research confirms that occupational health is an essential component of universal care and is a means of promoting health and preventing occupational diseasesIt provides workers with the right to know potential risk factors within the work environment and helps enable self-health management to make the individual aware of the health problems surrounding him in the workplace and is one of the factors affecting the success of adaptation to individuals in the workplace, The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the cultural response of workers in the creation of working conditions and to face organizational challenges as a supportive role.

The study was conducted on a sample of workers in the Kufa Cement Factory and used the questionnaire to answer the questions that solve the problem.

The SPSS.20 program was used to analyze the questionnaire and found conclusions that show that occupational health plays a key role in adapting workers within the work environment and supporting means that promote health.

For working individuals and securing their lives from work hazards.
