Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been long striving to combat corruption in its all forms through the principles of the Islamic religion which consider corruption as a heinous crime punishable by sharia before law.

The kingdom derives its approach in the fight against corruption from the Sharia: the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

It is a method of protection against and prevention from financial and administrative corruption.

The research concludes with important results such as: 1- The kingdom of Saudi Arabia derives the provisions of its regulations from the Quran, the Sunnah, and the fiqh which is educed from both of them.

2- Protecting integrity is a legal obligation, which the Quranic proofs emphasize frequently its necessity.

They make it also a devotional means associated to the worship and its pillars which are based in all its forms on reforming one's intention and sincerity.

3- Any employee is demanded legally not to take advantage of their position in order to gain personal benefit for themselves or other relatives and friends.

Embezzlement is legally prohibited as well as spending financial custodies in a way is not allocated for.

4- Islam guides not to assign work expect to those who are well qualified and have knowledge of it.

There are recommendations at the end of the research, most importantly: - Developing employee's awareness of all legal and religious principles that govern their behaviour.

- Holding specialized courses and publishing scientific journals in accordance.

- inclusion of this Quranic approach in educational curriculum and books of Islamic culture so as to protect civil servant from corruption.
