The educational objectives are the basis in education .

they are considered as the changes tended to take place in learners' behavior as a result in learning process.

For the sake that the educational process will be an organized and successful job; it must be directed towards accomplishing limited and acceptable objectives.

There is no doubt, that each individual has a goal, and look forward to fulfill in life.

And each human behavior has specific target or moves to a goal.

The recent research shed lights on the method followed by researchers to construct the pedagogical levels depending on the limitations and objectives .

The first section in this research includes the concepts and limitations of the pedagogical objectives.

The second section consists of the educational objectives levels and the fields of their uses.

The researchers found out that the teacher is able to construct pedagogical levels by himself throughout depending on the particular limitations and objectives of the educational materials with the help of pedagogical objectives and classification levels
