This article discusses the issue of fighting corruption in Saudi Arabia.

Corruption is one of the most important subject in the field of development and administrative reform around the world.

Therefore, many governments and organizations puts demolition of corruption as an objective.

The research covers fighting corruption along with governance, transparency, the right to know, and settlement corruption cases.

Internationa l organizations have encouraged countries to adopt laws and regulations to combat corruption.

The most recent method of fighting corruption is adopting governance and settlement.

To reach the core idea of governance, governments must introduce laws and regulations that offer: cooperation, participation, and freedom of information.

The government of Saudi Arabia have come a long way in this route.

The research covers the importance of fighting corruption and increasing accountability; the status que of fighting corruption in Saudi Arabia; and the government development plans to advance in this important topic.

I applied the descriptive method of research to cover the topic.

The research finds that: the importance of the rule of law for transparency; establishing an organization for transparency; supporting mentoring agencies and non-profit organization to supervise public service; and encouraging the media to participate in fighting corruption.
