research aims to 1-Determine the demands of the use of e-learning in the teaching of physics and must be available in (school curriculum - teacher - learner - the educational environment).

2-Recognize the importance of the demands of the use of e-learning in the teaching of physics and must be available in (school curriculum - teacher -learner - the educational environment ).

The current research is limited to the teachers of physics in the Directorate General of the province of Qadisiyah The sample was randomized to (60) teachers.

The descriptive approach was adopted The researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool.

Where it was confirmed the validity of the tool after the presentation to a group of specialists in the field of education and psychology.

The researcher used the statistical methods to analyze the data included (alpha coefficient Cranach - frequencies and percentages - and averages) and these methods were used through the program statistical packages SPSS21 The results of the research showed that all the demands of the use of elearning in the teaching of the physics mentioned in the research tool are considered important demands where the answers of the sample on all the paragraphs of this axis to an important degree (curriculum - teacher -learner - the educational environment) Thus, the researcher came out with a set of recommendations., 1-Utilize the demands identified by the research to work in teaching physics using e-learning.

2-The educational institutions should take the demands of the current research in the faculty member when choosing to work as a teacher of physics, as well as in the training and development programs offered to faculty members.

3-The educational institutions wishing to introduce e-learning in their programs should take the necessary demands on the learner by including certain requirements in admission and training.

4-The educational environment in which e-learning is implemented should take into account the availability of material and human resources for the implementation of this type of education.
