Studying and considering the text of the holy Quran is a task of necessity which needs a valuable as well as reliable contribution from all the concerned parties because of the greatness of this holy and scared text.

The text of the holy Quran represents the hump of the Arabic language which is blessed by Our Lord almighty (Allah).

The Quranic text has its own privacy and characteristics which recognized it from all other texts.

The privacy and characteristics of the Quranic text appears because it is the speech of Our Lord (Allah) that is sent to our prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and it is the text that is included in worshipping Allah by reading it as what had been stated by the Quranic scientists as the first source of faith and rules of legislative.

The holy Quraic text might be turned to an obstacle if it would be left without an analysis and deep study in its distinctive shapes, purposes and methodologies and this is the reason behind our study of Surat Al Hadeed.

Surat Al-Hadeed is located in the twenty seventh part of the Holy Quran, it consists of twenty nine verses and it is sent to our prophet in Al-Medina.

The current study is divided into two major parts.

The first part is a critical one and the second part concerns itself with the linguistic and more accurately with phonetic aspects.

By using the concept of "paradox", which is a concept takes its terminological value within the Arabic studies in the last decade, the current study adopts the prior concept within the study of Surat Al-Hadeed.

Additionally, the current study concentrates upon the effect of Surat Al-Hadeed, explaining the semantic signs of it and discovering the secrets behind the greatness and shapeliness of the holy Quran.

Consequently, the current study includes the tracking of all aspects, which facilities the process of understanding the holy text, whether they are linguistic or nonlinguistic aspects for the sake of finding out and analyzing the shapeliness of the holy.
