الملخص AR
قدمت نظرية التعقيد الاقتصادي مفاهيم مهمة حول تأثير تنوع و تعقد الصادرات على تحسين مستوى دخل البلد و نموه مستقبلا.
استندت النظرية في تنبؤها بقدرة البلدان على تنويع و تعقيد صادراتها إلى الصادرات ذات الميزة النسبية الظاهرة.
إن تطبيق مؤشرات النظرية على الاقتصاد الجزائري أظهر عدم امتلاكه لأي إمكانيات إنتاجية إضافة إلى ضعف قدراته على تنويع صادراته مستقبلا خاصة في المنتجات المعقدة.
على خلاف ذلك إن تطبيق مؤشرات مركز التجارة الدولية أظهر وجود عدد كبير من المنتجات الجزائرية ذات درجة تعقيد متوسطة يمكن تنويع الصادرات فيها.
تدل هذه النتائج على امتلاك الجزائر لإمكانيات إنتاجية تسمح لها بتطوير صادراتها.
و على هذا فإن اعتماد نظرية التعقيد الاقتصادي على الصادرات ذات الميزة النسبية الظاهرة في تقييم قدرات البلد الإنتاجية الحاضرة و قدراته المستقبلية على تنويع الصادرات و تعقيدها جعل نتائج تطبيقها محدودة

Economic complexity theory has provided important concepts of the impact of the diversification and complexity of exports on the improvement of the future country's income and growth.
The theory builds its predictions on exports with a revealed comparative advantage.
Application of the indicators of this theory to the Algerian economy has shown that the latter does not have significant productive capacities, and that its capacity to diversify and make future exports more complex is weak.
On the other hand, application of the indicators of the International Trade Center has shown that a large number of Algerian products are moderately complex, and whose exports can be diversified.
These results indicate that Algeria has production capabilities, which allow it to develop its future exports of moderately complex products.
In conclusion, the fact that the predictions of the theory of economic complexity are based on exports of revealed comparative advantage limits the results of their application.
الملخص FRE
La théorie de la complexité économique a fourni des concepts importants de l'impact de la diversification et la sophistication des exportations sur l’amélioration des revenus et la croissance futurs du pays.
La théorie établit ses prévisions sur les exportations ayant un avantage comparatif révélé.
L'application des indicateurs de cette théorie à l'économie algérienne a montré que cette dernière ne possède pas de capacités productives importantes et que ses capacités à diversifier ses exportations futures particulièrement dans les produits complexés sont faibles.
Par contre, l'application des indicateurs du Centre du commerce international a montré qu'un grand nombre de produits algériens sont d'une complexité moyenne et dont les exportations peuvent être diversifiées.
Ces résultats indiquent que l'Algérie possède des capacités de production qui lui permettent de développer ses exportations futures.
En conclusion, le fait que la théorie de la complexité économique s'appuie sur les exportations d'avantage comparatif révélé limite les résultats de son application.
