عنابة مدينة جزائرية تقدم إمكانات سياحية غنية ومتنوعة إلى حد ما: التراث و المناظر الطبيعية و البحر متحدون هناك.

إن المساحة التي تلهمك للتنزه أو التنزه هي تلك الموجودة في جادة ريزي أمور "تشابوي"، و هي امتداد لمحور كورال باي، و هي مساحة يطمح إليها المشاة خاصة في فصل الصيف.

هذه المساحة، التي يسهل الوصول إليها للسيارات أكثر من المشاة، ذات طبيعة سياحية لأنها تمتد على طول البحر و توفر مناظر طبيعية جميلة.

يستفيد زوار الصيف من البحر و شبكة المشاة على طول طريق مزدحم بالسيارات حيث يتنفس المشاة الهواء النقي و الهواء الملوث.

سنحاول في هذا التدخل التركيز على مساحة بها أصول سياحية تغزوها ازدحام السيارات، و هي بيئة ملوثة حيث من الضروري التوفيق بين السياحة و التنقل من أجل التنمية المستدامة.

Annaba is an Algerian city which offers a fairly rich and diversified tourist potential: heritage, landscape, sea are united there.

The space that inspires walk or strolling is that of Rizi Amor "Chapui" Boulevard, a continuation of the Coral Bay axis, a space coveted by walkers especially in summer.

This space, more accessible to cars than to pedestrians, is of a tourist nature since it runs along the sea offering a beautiful landscape.

Summer visitors benefit from the sea and a pedestrian network along a road congested by cars where the walker mutually breathes fresh air and polluted air.

In this intervention we will try to focus on a space with tourist assets, which is however invaded by automobile congestion, a polluted environment where it is necessary to reconcile tourism and mobility with a view to sustainable development.

الملخص FRE

Annaba est une ville algérienne qui offre un potentiel touristique assez riche et diversifié: patrimoine, paysage, mer y sont réunis.

L'espace qui inspire à la promenade ou à la flânerie est celui du boulevard Rizi Amor « Chapui », continuité avec l'axe baie des corailleurs, un espace convoité par les marcheurs particulièrement en période estivale.

Cet espace plus accessible à l'automobile qu'au piéton, est à caractère touristique puisqu'il longe la mer offrant un beau paysage.

Les estivants profitent de la mer et d'un réseau piétonnier longeant une route congestionnée par l'automobile où le marcheur respire mutuellement un air frais et un air pollué.

Dans cette intervention nous tenterons de mettre l'accent sur un espace possédant des atouts touristiques, qui se voit toutefois envahi par une congestion automobile, un environnement pollué où il est nécessaire de concilier, tourisme et mobilité dans une perspective de développement durable.
