الملخص EN

The research aims at studying governance and the impact of its dimensions on the quality of higher education through the development of new strategies that are suited to modern and constantly evolving organizations.

Bearing in mind the extent of this change, it is based on its ability to create communication, achieve justice, transparency and organizational flexibility To achieve the dimensions of governance in a workable and consistent manner with the laws and regulations of government institutions; a range of governance mechanisms have been used, and a range of higher education quality mechanisms that are suited to the dimensions of governance have been used as having a profound impact on communities as well The adoption of global standards places a higher degree of scientific sobriety and a level of competition for these academic institutions, the study of correlation and influence between them and the use of governance (accountability).

Participation, transparency, justice and quality of higher education mechanisms (senior management Commitment) Realizing the vision and objectives of the Organization, training, continuous improvement) the data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program and other statistical analysis tools and the Spearman test for test the validity of correlation hypotheses and impact to analyze and test hypotheses that have been adopted in the search and that have proven relationships Correlation and effect between the two search variables were so statistically acceptable, demonstrating the importance of governance and its impact on the dimensions of the quality of higher education and the researchers have reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the interest in the use and application of the quality of higher education in the given organization.

The most important recommendations Continuous comparisons should be made to address situations and crises in a timely manner, as well as to make the quality orientation one of the strategic objectives that the organization is seeking to reach.
