Social values the importance of community life also are important in the lives of the individuals they affect human relationships unparalleled views all a criteria and targets seeking communities, and individuals accessible for this is found in every society where prepared by the very communities in themselves and the image of the pictures that help them access community situations better and thinner.

And community support in the integration of social structure on shared values among its members and the wider the range between them widened their community unit, while the unit weaken whenever receded over those values.

Based on the above study aimed to learn about the importance of social values and characteristics.

And its role in shaping the behavior of young people.

For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study researchers adopted pivotal Iatkda they related to the achievement of the current top scorer in his research as follows.: The first axis: the importance of social values and classification and characteristics.

The second axis: the values and behavior of young people.

In light of the problem of the study and pivotal that provide researchers researchers recommend some recommendations and it was most important to strengthen the role of social, psychological and vocational counseling in the community, through the formation of specialized centers take it upon themselves to study the reality of young people to learn about the problems and difficulties in their lives and cause them to drift.

And to provide scientific proposals and recommendations which can be applied effectively in line with the nature of the conditions experienced by the Iraqi society of crises and conflicts, social, economic and political.

The researchers placed sources and references relevant to the content of the current research.
