The first manifestations of socialization begins and nurtured in the family atmosphere even described it is the first educational institution in which the child begins his life as play an important role in the formation of the basic trends of the pattern of the human personality and the type of relationship with others and formation trends and inclinations pattern and that the safety of the community and the strength of its structure and its progress and prosperity and cohesion is linked to the safety of the psychological and social health of its members, the individual within the community is the future maker of a hub and the center and the target and the desired end and what about this individual achievements and layouts are nothing more than an assessment of the effectiveness of this individual, so conscious society is the one who puts the monument appointed by the interests of achievements and projects the material of the individual as the basis for prosperity and social progress, and upbringing as a process going on is not just limited to a specific age group, but extends from childhood, adolescence, Valrushd leading to aging and therefore a sensitive process that can not be crossed at any stage because each private rearing stage vary in content and essence of its predecessor.

The target current research to identify the concept of socialization and its goals, and to identify the concept of family and its characteristics and function, what is the importance of the family in the process of socialization, the role of family relationships in socialization, and the impact of the cultural factor for the family and its role in the process of socialization, and also the impact of the economic factor of the family and its role in the process of socialization, and the factors that affect the family in the performance of their role in the process of socialization.

To this effect it has been used descriptive approach based on the analysis and interpretation The research found to Mjuah conclusions from them .ٔ The family is not only the basis of society, but is the source of morality and the first pillar of conduct and framework in which human receives the first social life lessons.

The researcher recommended a set of recommendations in the light of the conclusions of the research, including .ٔ that the family be continuous awareness through the media via the television and audio channels to the Iraqi families and to issue booklets distributed free of charge to families.

.ٕ Include family topics in the curriculum of elementary education even further.
