The reality emphasizes that today's children are tomorrows men so we put all our hope in them to take the responsibility to form the future to achieve a continuity development.

From this point, socialization occupied an important position in society because it aims to convey the culture of the society for its individuals, when they have the duty of building and developing their society.

Because the young members of the society are the more influenced by what is happening to their live of changing and conflictions through their upbringing stages, so they expose to problems that could effect on some children, teenage, their families and the society, this could go more complicated if it deals with vagrancy (homelessness) and deviation specially in addiction and drugs, therefore, the young problem comes at the forefront of the problems that faces childhood and teenagers, destroys its safety and threatens its present and future.

As the socialization is varied in its functions, goals and institutes, so the styles of the family socialization depends on the patterns of the upbringing, as the family takes the responsibility for upbringing its members, it is considered the first institute of socialization and this which extends through the age stages is the most important one, so they use effective patterns to determine the behaviors, and which of them are right or not, the parents cooperate each other in this duty.

As the youth care was in the past and still now an essential requirement and one of the fundamental functions of the family in all the human societies through the history.

There is an expected limitation for each family to meet the needs of socialization and the required care, on the other hand there is also another limitation is expected from each child to behave the required behavior in term of the social criteria through expected behaviors patterns.
