Islam is the first religion that laid the foundations of democracy through history and arose and built up to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and notes the close link between these principles and Islamic principles and concepts in many of the paragraphs of this Declaration, but that the contributors to the birth of this document pointed to the presence of Islamic values and concepts and the values of divine messages On the basis that the Islamic religion contains the most prominent areas of respect for human rights and legislation to protect it.

And the importance of Islam to give the child rights and care best care and recommended parents and society to the child and the need to care and maintain his health and ethics, and raising a true Islamic education.

Islam has focused on protecting children, especially protecting them from discrimination in all its forms.

The society is composed of all people, who are equally equal.

It is distinguished from piety, as well as protection from neglect and abuse, where there are many Quranic verses and prophetic traditions that call for protecting and recommending children.

The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, dealt with the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them) as a role model for them.

Islam also focused on the protection of children in times of disasters and emergencies and gave us a vivid example of the migration of Muslims from Mecca to Medina.
