Current research aims to determine the role of the psychological contract in career absorption, through the sample of the study, which included a sample of the professors of the university of Kufa-faculty of mixed education 63 questionnaires were distributed to the sample (57) were returned only valid for statistical analysis, the main hypothesis is that there is a significant effect of the psychological contract in the achievement of employment.

the data were collected by means of the questionnaire which consists of two parts.

the first part relates to the psychological contract.

the second part deals with a number of statistical methods, the results of the smart pls program were presented to validate the hypothesis.

the results showed the validity of the main and subsidiary assumptions.

a number of conclusions and recommendations were reached, most notably the necessity of the employers commitment to fulfilling the agreed commitments, promises and meanings (trust, integrity,) to keep the human being as the key element in com-petition.
