الملخص الإنجليزي

Volunteering in social work force to the movement stems from within the community and is driven by the movement toward Tsttarh rely on its members and his groups efforts and available resources to meet the needs of its citizens to reduce the degree of reliance on state aid, which must devote its resources to address the most pressing national needs.

Volunteering reflects the will of national stems from the design of the citizens in the community to promote the initiative in the face of difficulties that stand in the face of the community to make the best of life.

It seems that volunteering stores in reality two dimensions or the first two systems is a social solidarity system which is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion of multi-image of the hiring of Zakat and charity to help orphans and the needy and deserving and second associated Aelovesah system, a system which is based on social heritage which descended in assets to tribal social structure.

It is a victory or victories needy system highlight this human phenomenon in the case of some of the difficulties faced by individuals, as in the case of unnatural death or suffered a family or a village to the catastrophe and are related to these services degree of kinship but with a modern state, the appearance and the nature of social and economic growth emerged as the state's role in the process services and the multiplicity of the role of institutions and voluntary organizations, raising the level of social awareness among individuals of the importance of their role in development.

The concept and experience of volunteer work significantly in different civilized countries, particularly in the last two decades has evolved on the contrary, our experience in the Arab world, which is still the literature of volunteer work which is not yet available.
