Among the important areas in which young people can play an important role in it, their active participation in voluntary work, which has become an increasingly important day by day, where it became recognized that governments, whether in developed countries or developing can not meet the needs of its members and their communities, without the help of views Others are completing their role in meeting those needs, and here highlights the role of "volunteer work".

I have chosen as the subject of research sensitive to the importance of the contribution of students slice universities, representatives of the students of the University of Tikrit in a number of events that serve their community and their country, on top of that volunteer work, especially that of voluntary work in the Tikrit University is particularly being importance is still shaking off the dust after its liberation from the clutches of the terrorist Daesh gangs given the economic crisis faced by the country, requiring concerted efforts to help speed up reconstruction through community and private efforts because of its significant impact on reconstruction and the planting of belonging towards and loyalty by students and cadres faculty and functional process, it is also not the development of socio - economic and urban without contribution young people, including university students, where they form capable of that age group, and in the spirit of sincere loyalty to their homeland.
