That volunteering a key factor in building the society and the dissemination of social cohesion among citizens of any society, volunteering for humanitarian practice been closely associated with all the meanings of goodness and good deeds when all people since God created the earth and everything in it from humans and objects, social and volunteer work took several primitive forms imposed by the human instinct that makes people have to rise up to help each other to the need of members of society in the integration and cooperation, and good deeds when all human groups since time immemorial, but it differs in size and shape and trends and motivations from one community to another and from one time period to another, it is in terms of size at least in periods of stability and calm, and increases in disasters and calamities and wars times, and in terms of form it may be manually intramuscularly or professionally or donation of money or other effort, and where the trend may be automatically or directed by the state in the social, educational or development activities, and where his motives might be motivated psychological, social or political.

And numerous forms and types of volunteer work, according to the society and education and awareness and the extent of the problems and needs that require it, there is a voluntary action involuntary bestows an individual to work as a result of an emergency incident, and there is work to volunteer intentional and prepared him for the rescue of a group of needy people or a particular class, and increasing voluntary work in and forming volunteer work of manual effort and muscle and financial and moral in all the needs and requirements of society and the evolution of the twentieth century and taking institutions form and official bodies and civil applied elements of planning and organizing times of crises and disasters and wars, at least in the case of prosperity and stability, and censorship in social activities and economic education and development, where he was in the previous impulsive and unstructured, and in the last fifty years taking shape organizer and institutional apply where all systems and management science laws and has gained a good reputation
