This study aims to highlight the efforts made in the Tunisian People's Parliament in creating a digital archive for its various activities, so that the old analog archive is still not classified and used, as well as it is still scattered between different institutions, including the Tunisian National Radio and the Tunisian National Television which makes it unavailable to researchers, historians and users in general.

The results have shown that the Parliament has taken a number of initiatives and undertook projects that lead to building of its website, access to its intranet, digitization of archives and making available its digital contents to users.

The study recommended the need to finalize cooperation agreements with the National Broadcasting Corporation that would allow obtaining copies of the audio recordings of the Parliament's deliberations reflecting the work of the Assembly that goes back to 1957.

Working with the Corporation and the National Archives aimed at migrating and digitizing the archives of the Parliament which would encourage scientific research and forming of national memory in the area of legislation
