This study aims to shed light on the National Library including its establishment, objectives, functions and services since the 1970s.

The study highlights the roles and responsibilities of the Library during the COVID-19 pandemic, most notably the activation of its Facebook page and its Twitter account respectively.

The Library The resumed its cultural activities such as the launch of new books and the "book of the week" through the pages of social media networks and the issuance of a guide on how to deal with corona virus after returning to work.

The work of the Library the provision of its services electronically such as the granting the national depository number, issuing of the international standard book number and other activities and events.

In conclusion the study provided a summary of the most important results and a set of recommendations that highlighted the weaknesses and strengths of the Library during the corona pandemic
